This policy explains what MARTL ("we") collects when you use martl‑3d.com, why, and the choices you have. توضّح هذه السياسة ما تجمعه MARTL («نحن») عند استخدامك لموقع martl‑3d.com، ولماذا، وما هي خياراتك.

1. Information we collect١. المعلومات التي نجمعها

  • Account: your email address and a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text. الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني وكلمة مرور مشفّرة بأمان. لا نخزّن كلمة مرورك كنص صريح أبداً.
  • Designs & activity: designs you save, cards you favorite, and a history of files you download. التصاميم والنشاط: التصاميم التي تحفظها، والبطاقات التي تفضّلها، وسجلّ الملفات التي تنزّلها.
  • Usage analytics: anonymous events (which designs are opened, customized and downloaded) with a random session identifier, to improve the tools. تحليلات الاستخدام: أحداث مجهولة (أي التصاميم تُفتح وتُخصّص وتُنزّل) بمعرّف جلسة عشوائي، لتحسين الأدوات.
  • Error logs: if a file fails to generate, we log the error, the design settings and your browser type to fix it. سجلّات الأخطاء: عند فشل إنشاء ملف، نسجّل الخطأ وإعدادات التصميم ونوع متصفحك لإصلاح المشكلة.

2. How we use it٢. كيف نستخدمها

To run your account, save and re‑open your designs, provide downloads, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and understand which tools are useful. لتشغيل حسابك، وحفظ تصاميمك وإعادة فتحها، وتوفير التنزيلات، ومعالجة الاشتراكات، ومنع إساءة الاستخدام، وإصلاح الأخطاء، وفهم الأدوات المفيدة.

We use a single essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser's local storage holds your language choice, a session id for analytics, and a cached list of your favorites.   • Google Fonts — serves the fonts used on the site. Google Fonts — يوفّر الخطوط المستخدمة في الموقع.

We keep account data while your account is active. Download history is limited to your most recent activity. You can delete saved designs and clear your download history at any time from your account. نحتفظ ببيانات الحساب طالما كان حسابك نشطاً. يقتصر سجلّ التنزيل على نشاطك الأحدث. يمكنك حذف التصاميم المحفوظة ومسح سجلّ التنزيل في أي وقت من حسابك.
