By creating an account or using martl‑3d.com, you agree to these terms. بإنشائك حساباً أو استخدامك لموقع martl‑3d.com، فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط.

1. Your account١. حسابك

Provide accurate information, keep your password safe, and you're responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. قدّم معلومات دقيقة، واحفظ كلمة مرورك، وأنت مسؤول عن النشاط في حسابك. حساب واحد لكل شخص.

2. Acceptable use٢. الاستخدام المقبول

Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or create designs that are unlawful or that infringe someone else's rights (for example, uploading artwork or trademarks you don't have the right to use). لا تُسئ استخدام الخدمة أو تحاول تعطيلها، ولا تنشئ تصاميم غير قانونية أو تنتهك حقوق الآخرين (مثل رفع رسومات أو علامات تجارية لا تملك حق استخدامها).

3. Your content٣. المحتوى الخاص بك

You keep ownership of names, artwork and files you upload. You grant MARTL permission to process them solely to build and deliver your model. You confirm you have the right to use anything you upload. تحتفظ بملكية الأسماء والرسومات والملفات التي ترفعها. وتمنح MARTL إذناً بمعالجتها فقط لبناء نموذجك وتسليمه. وتؤكد أنك تملك حق استخدام كل ما ترفعه.

4. Commercial License٤. الرخصة التجارية

While your subscription is active, MARTL grants you this license for designs you export with our customizers: طالما كان اشتراكك نشطاً، تمنحك MARTL هذه الرخصة للتصاميم التي تصدّرها بأدواتنا:

  • ✅Commercial use is allowed — you may use these designs commercially, including items you produce yourself.الاستخدام التجاري مسموح — يمكنك استخدام هذه التصاميم تجارياً، بما في ذلك المنتجات التي تصنعها بنفسك.
  • ⛔You may not sell, share or redistribute the digital files (3MF / STL) in any form.لا يجوز بيع أو مشاركة أو إعادة توزيع الملفات الرقمية (3MF / STL) بأي شكل.
  • 🚫You may not transfer the files to any third party or sublicense them.لا يجوز نقل الملفات لأي طرف آخر أو ترخيصها من الباطن.
  • ⏳The license is tied to your subscription. Files downloaded during your subscription may not be sold or used commercially after it ends.الرخصة مرتبطة باشتراكك. الملفات المُنزّلة خلال الاشتراك لا يجوز بيعها أو استخدامها تجارياً بعد انتهائه.

Designing and previewing are free; the commercial rights above require an active subscription. You can review your license status any time in your account. التصميم والمعاينة مجاناً؛ أما الحقوق التجارية أعلاه فتتطلب اشتراكاً نشطاً. يمكنك مراجعة حالة رخصتك في أي وقت من حسابك.

5. Subscriptions & billing٥. الاشتراكات والفوترة

Subscriptions are billed through our authorised payment provider, acting as merchant of record, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Taxes and receipts are handled by the payment provider. Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. تُفوتر الاشتراكات عبر مزوّد الدفع المعتمد لدينا، الذي يعمل كتاجر مسجّل، وتُجدّد تلقائياً حتى الإلغاء. يمكنك الإلغاء في أي وقت؛ ويستمر الوصول حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. يتولى مزوّد الدفع الضرائب والإيصالات. ويغطّي سياسة الاسترداد لدينا عمليات الإلغاء والاسترداد.

6. Subscriptions are a digital service٦. الاشتراك خدمة رقمية

Your MARTL subscription is a digital service: access to the online design tools, downloadable files, and the commercial license above. Everything MARTL sells and delivers through this website and our payment provider is digital. اشتراك MARTL خدمة رقمية: وصول إلى أدوات التصميم عبر الإنترنت والملفات القابلة للتنزيل والرخصة التجارية أعلاه. وكل ما تبيعه وتقدّمه MARTL عبر هذا الموقع ومزوّد الدفع رقميّ.

7. Disclaimer & liability٧. إخلاء المسؤولية والالتزام

The service and files are provided "as is". Results depend on your own equipment, material and settings. To the extent permitted by law, MARTL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. تُقدّم الخدمة والملفات «كما هي». تعتمد النتائج على معدّاتك وخامتك وإعداداتك. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل MARTL مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية.

8. Termination٨. الإنهاء

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may close your account at any time. يجوز لنا تعليق أو إغلاق الحسابات التي تخالف هذه الشروط. ويمكنك إغلاق حسابك في أي وقت.

9. Changes & contact٩. التغييرات والتواصل
